Support encompasses the following general categories:

Technical support staff may also request other resources within Smart Computer Systems Ltd to provide support for other services available within the company.

  • Service is provided Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
  • Support is not provided on official public holidays.
  • Support for special IT projects may be approved and co-ordinated in advance.
  • If you have special requirements or would like to arrange a technical support contract please contact Smart Computer Systems on (03) 982 2233.
  • Support services are provided by phone, appointment, or by scheduling a regular contract visit.
