Smart Computer Systems Ltd technical support staff have received training for Windows based computer systems. Our staff can perform hardware support for other platforms, but may not be able to provide the same comprehensive level of hardware support as we do for the supported platforms described.
Hardware support tasks performed by our staff include:
- Supply and installation of computer servers and workstations
- Server and workstation upgrades
- Supply and installation of networking and peripheral devices
- Servicing of inkjet and LaserJet printers
* Some of these tasks may need to be performed offsite
