Software Support

Smart Computer Systems Ltd will provide installation, upgrade, configuration and troubleshooting support for the following operating systems: Windows 98, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Apple OS 10.x and Smart-Net (all versions). Limited support may be available for other operating systems and third party software applications which shall be determined on a case by case basis.

Software services include:

• Install server and workstation operating systems
• Install new software and confirm that it is operational
• General operating system maintenance including Windows and Apple updates
• Check and removal of viruses and spyware
• Imaging solutions for workstations
