Service Availability & Contracts
Our standard support services are delivered via phone, scheduled appointments, or regular contract visits.
- Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (excluding official public holidays).
- After-Hours & Projects: Support for special IT projects can be approved and coordinated in advance.
