How can I change the Smart-Net Webmail client I currently use?
If the Smart-Net server is based on SLES, then you have a few options. To find if your server is using SLES, check the top right hand corner of the Intranet and find something similar to this "Smart-Net v2.1.0398 R3 SLES". To change your own webmail client, login to the Intranet and on the left, click on My Preferences > "Choose your webmail client". You can choose to use the default webmail client or you can choose another. Always remember to select the correct Address Book Migration if you have contacts stored.
