How secure is it?

Your school's information and other data is encrypted before it leaves your server. Is is then transferred to a KeepItSafe data centre; where it is stored in its encrypted state behind a managed firewall. The data centre is only accessible by authorised personnel and has around-the-clock monitoring. You information is also backed up to a second KeepItSafe data centre in another location.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is backed up to two secure New Zealand data facilities. Our Smart Backup service provides you with the ability to easily restore individual files or folders at any time. If the amount of information to be restored is large, then we can deliver your data to you on a disk or hard drive. Web access is also available to restore from another location of required.
